Ministries
Clarke Venable ministries are designed to help people grow as they walk through their journey. We are committed to the command of Jesus to make disciples. We understand that making disciples requires four vital connections. They are these: Connect with God through a personal relationship with Jesus. Connect with others through small groups that study the Bible together and who fellowship together, Connect with meaningful ministries giving believers an opportunity to serve, and finally Connect with those who have not heard the good news of Jesus by sharing the gospel with lost people.
Our ministries are designed to move people along the disciple-making process and to help people grow in their relationship with the Lord.

Ministries
Sunday School
Sunday School is a collection of small open groups meeting together, studying the Bible together, serving together, and fellowshipping together in order to make disciples of Jesus.
Preschool
The Preschool Ministry of Clarke-Venable exists to provide a safe and fun place to learn truths from God’s word. We believe that preschoolers can learn relevant truth in meaningful ways. Even babies can learn God’s love as caring adults provide tender love and care for these preschoolers at Church.
Children
The goal of the Children’s Ministry of Clarke-Venable is to provide safe, fun, and biblically-based opportunities for children in Grades 1-5 for growing as disciples of Jesus Christ. We recognize that parents are the spiritual leaders who are responsible for the spiritual growth of their children. We appreciate the opportunity and take seriously the opportunity to come alongside parents as they train their children.

CV Students Exists to make disciples and help them grow during their teenage years to have an impact on Newton County and the World for Jesus.
Hear My Story
Hear My Story is a ministry designed to equip followers of Jesus to share their testimony. Many times the gospel of Jesus is carried to a lost world on the wings of the testimonies of those whose lives have been changed by Jesus. Testimonies of a redeemed life also provides fuel to other followers of Jesus to press on, to be bold, to never give up, and to continue to extend God’s grace and magnify His glory.
Daily Reading
Jesus said in John 17:17, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” Clearly, Jesus intends for the lives of His followers to be shaped by His truth, the Bible. This daily reading plan was developed to assist a willing follower of Jesus to encounter God’s truth. Bro. Mark has repeatedly said, “I want my life to be shaped by truth. I do not want my life to be shaped by non-truth. And, I want to help as many as possible to experience the enormous abundance as a result in a life that has been shaped by truth.”
Worship
The purpose of the Clarke-Venable Worship Ministry is to lead others into uncompromised worship of God and to give God the honor, praise, and glory that He deserves. As we participate in reaching Newton County and touching the world for Jesus, the Clarke-Venable Worship Ministry will lift up Christ, listen to His voice, and lead others to desire Him above all else.
