CentriKid Summer Camp

The CentriKid Parent Page provides general information about the camp as well as what to pack.
CentriKid summer camp is a great time for 2nd-5th graders to grow closer to God and others through Bible Study, worship, games, and more. This year the theme is “Beyond The Surface” and campers will discover that God can give us a new heart for Him.

How To Register
Step 1

Step 2
The second step is to pay for camp. A $75 deposit is required to secure a spot for camp. The total cost is $200.

*Under “Event Type,” please choose “Children’s Summer Camp” and type the child’s name in the memo.
Step 3
The third step is to complete the “Camp Participant Form.” This year the form is entirely online and no longer requires a notary. When you click the link below you will be taken to a secure website to fill out the form. The first section of the form is the church information. You will need to enter the REG ID # 770602. Once you enter that number it will automatically fill out the information for Clarke-Venable.

The fifth step is to look over the CentriKid Parent Pack. This document provides general information about the camp as well as what to pack.

Track times are a fun time at camp! When you click the link below you will find a list of the Track Time options as well as a description for each one. After you look it over, please fill out the form by June 1.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I arrive for camp?
We will meet at Clarke-Venable at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 30th. We will return during the 11:00 a.m. service Sunday, July 2nd.
Will my child need money at camp?
Yes, your child can spend money at camp in three ways. They can give to the missions offering, buy Centrikid merchandise at the Centrikid store, or grab a snack at the snack shack. Ms. Jennifer recommends using three labeled ziplock bags for your child to know how much money is for each.
What is OMC?
OMC stands for “Organized Mass Chaos.” It is a game that is played Saturday afternoon at camp. Campers should wear their “team shirts” to OMC.
What color does my child's OMC shirt need to be?
2nd-3rd Grade: Yellow
4th Grade: Green
5th Grade: Blue
Adults: Orange
What do I need to bring to camp?
Please reference the “Parent Pack” link for lists of things to bring and not to bring.
Can my child bring food to camp?
Bringing snacks to camp is always fun. Please send snacks that can be easily resealed.
Can my child bring a cell phone to camp?
Please do not send cell phones to camp. Ms. Jennifer or another chaperone will contact you if needed. If you have any questions during camp, feel free to call or text Ms. Jennifer.
What linens do I need to send with my child?
Most beds at Timber Creek are twin beds. Twin sheets/and or sleeping bags and pillows are needed for camp. Don’t forget towels and washcloths.
How will you communicate while at camp?
We will be communicating by our church text messaging service and the CVKids Facebook Group. To join the text messaging service, text CVBC to 844-833-7878.
Can I see pictures of my child?
Pictures will be shared to the CVKids Facebook Group. This is a private facebook group. Because of limited cellular service, pictures may be uploaded after camp.
